Whether you are brand new to PubMed or you've started using it recently, this class is for you. In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to navigate PubMed. You will learn the different functions and features of the database including the Send To options, how to apply Limits to your search, how to use the Clipboard, and more! Learn where these features are and what they can do for you. The class will help you get comfortable with the world's premier biomedical database.

I also provide support in using the library's databases, resources, and tools for students, faculty, and staff at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Please complete the worksheet and be prepared to share it during your appointment. This will help guide us during our time together. You will also receive a link to the SON Guide, which includes information on search basics, video tutorials, and links to helpful databases and resources.
If you cannot keep your appointment time, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 5 minutes late to our appointment without notice, the appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule. Please contact me if you know you will be late.
