Product Showcase: CLC Genomics Workbench, Biomedical Workbench & Ingenuity Variant Analysis In-Person
This session will introduce the URMC community to severall Qiagen Bioinformatics software products: CLC Genomics Workbench, Biomedical Workbench and Ingenuity Variant Analysis. CLC Genomics Workbench has a number of functionalities that may be useful in molecular biology and genomics research. Biomedical Workbench and Ingenuity Variant Analysis software are intended for human genetic/genomic research projects.
Note: We do not currently hold site licenses for these products. One purpose of this session is to gauge interest in / need for these types of workflows amongst URMC researchers.
